Delivery / shipping

Local deliveries

The 2 current options for collection of goods are (1) delivery in the next 1-3 days and (2) self collection. 

The daily cut off time for delivery is 2pm and any orders after 2pm will only be dispatched the next day.

For more information on self-collection hours, please refer to the section "operating hours / self-collection time slots" under the "other enquiries" tab. 

Same day delivery is not available at the moment and we are working on it. 

Local deliveries

Next day delivery is free for orders above SGD 50. For orders below SGD 50, SGD 10 will be charged for delivery fee.

Overseas shipping

Delivery is currently only available in Singapore and we are working on offering overseas shipping. 

Any changes to delivery time slot must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery. 

The delivery driver will reattempt the delivery only once and will return the goods to the warehouse if you are not around.

Any special instructions e.g. leaving of the goods at the doorstep must be provided beforehand.  

We are currently only delivering within Singapore and we are working on expanding our distribution presence to other countries in Asia.

Payment options / Refunds

At the moment, we are only accepting payments online.

Cash on delivery is currently not available and we are working on it. 

Refunds are not allowed for the following items (1) Items on promotion (2) Ready-to-drink (RTD) products and protein bars (3) Items which have been unsealed.

All refunds / exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchasing.

In addition, we would require the receipt or proof of purchase in order to proceed with the refund.

Other enquiries

Operating hours: 9am - 7pm (Monday to Friday)

Self-collection time slots: 2pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday) with prior appointment.Location to meetup for self collection: Side gate of Four Star Building (beside the bridge)

For requests for self-collection outside of the time slot stated above e.g. collection on weekends, please write in to info@thenutrix.com to check.

We are always keen to look out for more brands as well as potential partnerships.

NutriScore are points which can be obtained from a variety of ways e.g. purchasing products from The Nutri X as well as following us on social media. 

There is no expiry date for NutriScore obtained and transferring of NutriScore from one individual to another is not allowed.

If you did not receive any NutriScore for your purchase, do write in to us at info@thenutrix.com and we will make the necessary adjustments.
